i don't know about a way to make your hair grow really fast, but regular scalp massages using coconut or olive oil before having a shower should help, you should move your scalp in circular movements with your fingers, remember only move your scalp not your hair, don't try the weight thing, it'll just break your hair.

Tie fishing weights to each individual braid, the weight will help pull them as they grow out . :)

u can always get the person to braid ur hair in cornrows and then either sew in or glue in extensions. Leave it in for bout a month or 2 by the time u take it out, ur hair should have grown. Works for mine but dont kno bout urs though

Contrary to what some believe, putting weights on your hair won't make it grow faster. I don't think anything will make it grow faster, but a constant pressure caused by weights or having it braided too tight can make it come out.
