I dunno if this is the easiest but it sure takes determination! I sat with my eyes closed on the sofa and braided my hair over and over until I could do it by touch and now I just need to check in the mirror to see if it is straight. I taught myself to french braid the same way. Good luck-- it takes lots of practice and you won't be perfect right at first but it will look better. Just keep at it.

put ur hair in a pony tail, then pull it to ur side and braid it. it works for me, hope it works for u too.

You can buy hair products that can help, also pratice is the best way to learn. Try a fish bone braid, you only use (2) strands of hair instead of (3) and it looks awesome. Ask your stylist to show you new ways , or visit braids.com for new ways to braid.
