How do you double french braid your OWN hair?

Firt learn how to make a french braid on someone elses hair. Basically you start out with the beginning of a really small regular braid and keep adding hair. Once you've learned that, practice on your own hair. Then, make a part and do two on each side of your head. It's not impossible, just very difficult. Once you've practiced enough it should be a cake walk.

do you mean like pigtail braid it? Well for me, i can't look in the mirror.. it just screws me up. practice braiding little parts of your hair until you know by feeling it that it's right and then try to the the braids by feel. Mine turn out better when i look after i've braided them instead of watching my progress. Good Luck!
