either take calcium vitamins with vitamin D (usually the calcuim pills already contain vitamin D) or drink lots and lots of milk. that should make it grow really fast.

If you eat well, and eat alot of protein, (not meat) and don't tear at your hair when you use a comb, It should grow rather well. also eat alot of foods rich with Vit, A. like Fresh Fruits, citrus, oranges. Also, if you like Jello, it has geletin or gel caps. also will help. Don't blow dry, and use a good conditioner with out balsam.. that should do it.
