Sewing the hair in the net?

I know how to sewn the hair directly to my braids. But how do you sew it to the net. Do you do it the exact same way when you sew it in your head?? Then you sew the net directly to your hair. Or don't sew the net directly to your hair???

Do not sew the net directly to your hair. Sew the hair on the net if you choose. Use one of the styrofoam heads to keep the net in place and pin it if you wish.

If you sew the net to your hair it helps trap in moisture. Your hair will stink and can cause allergic reactions.
