Can you wash your hair if you have braided tracks in?
Yes very carefully. I would go to the salon for this service since it requires a whole lot of rinsing and careful attention to the tracks that they don't tangle up terribly.

only if they are sew in if they are glued in you might not want to wash your braided tracks, once the first time i had tracks they were sewed in i washed it nothing happened, the second time i got them they were glued in and they fellout in the shower, but that's when i was tring to get them out but when i did wash them and they were glued a little piece would stick out so be careful ethier way it goes.
Can you wash your hair if you have braided tracks in?
YES! Treat your hair weave just as you would your own hair. Washing as normal but using a deep conditioner to prevent brittle and split ends.
TIPS:
Don閳ユ獩 pull or tug on your hair while washing, it will pull the weave loose. Rub the shampoo in your hands and gently squeeze into your hair. Wash your scalp separately. Don't swish hair back and forth either, this cause tangles.
Hair weaves are attached to your hair not your scalp but they can still hide dirt and bacteria if placed in short hair close to your scalp. When washing your hair weave don閳ユ獩 forget the scalp area underneath.
After a thorough rinsing, towel dy and then sit under a dryer. This will dry your scalp and remove some of the water. If you don't have a sit under dryer at home, use a blow dryer to get inside and dry the braids and scalp. Then focus on the weave itself. Blow dry with a comb attachment to straighten it back out and then use your styling straighteners.
