I'm not an employer but if I were yes I would hire someone w/dreads or cornrows or braids if they had neatness about them. I never judge a book by it's cover. Besides, it's discrimination not to, and I think many people look nice with braids and dreads.

Why cornrows or braids look neat and clean

Dreads tend to look dirty and unkept. In the "meet the public" world I work in clean is great, dirty is a no no.

If they were qualified for the job DEFINETELY 100% I would! I have 2 little ninnies right now that r clueless and cant walk and chew gum at the same time so id love to replace them with anyone no matter what hair style that knew what a computer was!
